We understand that “life happens” and you may be required to move or cancel your registration. We feel that we have a very fair cancellation policy that allows our course participants to cancel or move to another course providing enough notice is provided.
Moving to another course:
Course registrations are transferable to another date (or participant) if you are not able to attend. Please provide us with 5 business days’ notice.
Cancelling a course:
To receive a full refund, participants must provide at least 5 business days’ notice before the course start-date. Cancellations made with less than 5 business days’ notice will not be refunded.
If you need to move or cancel your registration, please notify our office immediately by emailing us at Primary ResourceTraining@gmail.com.
Please provide a detailed message with the reason for your absence and we will follow up on the next business day.
All refund or re-booking requests must be done via email for proper records keeping.
Cancellation & Rebooking Fees for Blended Learning
Refunds are not available once access has been received by the recipient.
The blended online component must be done no later than 24 hours prior to the course date and time. This ensures that the participant has sufficient time to complete the blended online component, and to ensure technical support should it arise. Failure to complete the blended online component 24 hours prior to the class can lead to denial of entry at the door and/or rebooking fees.
Special circumstances:
Your health and well-being is important to us. Primary Resource Training reserves the right to waive all fees for cancelling or moving your registration, given special extenuating circumstances, that are beyond your control. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Extreme weather or other emergencies:
The health and safety of our participants and our instructor is always our number one priority. Primary Resource Training reserves the right to waive all fees for cancelling or moving your program, given special weather conditions, that are beyond your control or in the best interest of our instructor.
100% class attendance is required in order to receive your first aid certification.
