The Canadian Red Cross Marine Basic First Aid & CPR Level C Blended course is comprehensive first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) course designed particularly for those who work in marine environments. This course provides an overview of First Aid and CPR techniques with scenarios taken from the marine/fishing industry.
This course meets the requirements of Transport Canada outlined in Transport Publication (TP) 13008 E.
This is a blended course, which includes a self-paced, online instruction followed up with an in classroom skills demonstration.
The online module must be completed before you come in for the in-person portion, and will take up to 8 hours to complete. You can start and stop as many times as you'd like while you work through it, and it can be taken up to 4 weeks ahead of your in-person course.
